Who’s Paul Walden?

A true, full service Realtor.

Growing up, I was always a perfectionist.  No matter what it was I put my mind to, I never quite until I succeeded.  Straight out of college (University of Colorado, Boulder!), I moved and joined the University of Florida’s athletic department working with and training numerous athletes.  Being away from Colorado, wasn’t what I wanted in life.  So of course, I moved back, as everyone does.

This is where my sales career began, working as a personal trainer figuring out the needs and wants of people to help them better themselves through life.  Always wanting to expand my capabilities in work and own my own business, nothing stopped me on that journey.

Every single career I have had, has built up to me becoming the best realtor around: working construction and building homes from the ground up, becoming an electrician during the summers, working as a personal trainer, running mineral title and negotiating leases for the oil and gas industry.  I have realized, there hasn’t been one single thing I have done in my life that doesn’t benefit me in real estate.  It is the perfect match.

Starting the Walden Novak Group fulfills my journey.  There isn’t anything I wouldn’t do for my clients, who I even call my friends.

Who’s Steve Novak?

A Marketing and Operations Specialist.

I began my career in Real Estate at an entry level position as an inside sales agent, with responsibilities of answering the phone, setting up appointments for agents and finding homes for clients.

Quickly, I realized my passion for helping people navigate one of the biggest financial transactions of their lives.  In my first year, I was on the front end of over 300 transactions for my team; and as my team grew, so did my role within it.  Within a year I had built an entire ISA department and had taken over marketing and operations for the entire Company.

As my career grew, one thing became crystal clear to me, the Real Estate industry, more than any I had ever come across was resistant to change in the digital space.  And the reasons were obvious.  Digital marketing requires constant attention, and a significant financial investment that quite simply most agents and teams I came across, were not willing to make.

I knew the only way I would be able to create the team I wanted, and to provide the level of professionalism I envisioned, was that I had to do it myself.  So I did.   And when I decided to make that investment, I knew there was only one person that I could trust to handle the client facing side of the business.  In all my years in Real Estate I have worked with well over 30 of the top producing agents in the Denver Metro area, but only one stood out to me, based on feedback I received directly from his clients.

The first thing we did when we started the Walden Novak Group was invest heavily into what we believed in – customer service and technology.  We built one of the only fully custom, SEO and Google focused Real Estate Websites in the Country.  Everything we’ve done is completely custom and digital focused, which allows more exposure for our client’s homes.

We’ve also partnered with other leaders in the digital space and spent a significant amount of our capital researching best marketing practices for our clients.
